Returns/ Refund Policy

For quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shrivelled etc…), please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.

Please check the items whether they are damaged or the wrong color before you open them

Return/refund conditions

  1. Items received within 14 days.
  2. Items returned must be in the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged or altered in anyway by the customer.
  3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly by you without checking with us first. Please send an email to and we will get back to you at the soonest time possible.

The colour of the lenses may vary in reality. Please note that your natural eye colour contributes to the lenses possibly being slightly different. Be sure to have done your research online via our social media pages to ensure you choose the correct colour.

If lenses are damaged in any way due to incorrect lens care, then we will not be held liable for this.
